How I was able to lose over 80 lbs. in a 26 Weeks in 4 Simple Steps

I have tried every diet plan that is out there from Atkins, Weight Watchers, Slim Fast, Zone Diet Plan you name it I have tried it and I would lose a few pounds here and there only to gain it all back.  Listen I’m no doctor but I’m going to tell you the 4 steps I took to lose over eighty pounds in just over 26 weeks.

About a half year ago, I was really overweight (look at the picture below) I didn’t have any energy and I really didn’t feel very good about myself. One day while I was watching TV,  I saw Dr. Oz and he was talking about a plant from the amazon called the Acai Berry and all the amazing health benefits that processed.

The Acai berry is known as a super food and is known as one of the best foods you can take for your health. Well to make a long story short Dr. Oz talked about how this powerful super food could actual help you lose weight by giving you more energy and helping not feel hungry by giving your body the vitamins and minerals it needs.
