2) No Fast Food – Don’t do it. If you are 20 pounds or more overweight and you want to lose a lot of weight you can not be eating fast food and expect to really lose fat from around your stomach. 3)  Eat 4-5 Smaller Meal – To really succeed with your weight loss goals and have long term lasting success you need to change how you eat. Don’t starve yourself then eat a huge meal try eating 4-5 smaller meal everyday, portion control is very important. Don’t skip breakfast this should be one of the biggest meals of the day helping to get your metabolism up and running early in your day. Do not eat any food after 7 o’clock at night.

4) Walk 3-4 Times a Week -  This is very simple to do I’m not asking anybody to run a marathon. Walking 30 minutes 3-4 times a week will have a huge impact on reaching your weight loss goals and getting the thin stomach you want. Don’t worry about keeping track of miles simply walking around your neighborhood will boost your metabolism helping you burn more calories throughout the day.
