To really burn unwanted fat you need to increase your metabolism by getting some form of exercise that raises the heart rate for 30 minutes 3 – 4 times a week or more. You do not have to start training for a marathon to see results you can do something as simple as taking a walk around your neighborhood for 30 minutes.
