How to Lose Body Fat and Gain Muscle

Fitness is the ability of a man or woman to do everyday jobs with vigor and alertness without easily getting fatigued with a reserve of energy that they can use in emergencies be it recreation or leisure. 1) Cardiovascular Workout: Improving ones cardiovascular capacity is the most important aspect of overall fitness. Using strength training, flexibility exercises and a cardiovascular workout at least 3 times a week is necessary. To maximize the cardo work you must do exercises that work the large muscle groups to gain muscle mass and  develop the cardiovascular system.

2) Strength Training: Building muscle mass is essential to building up overall fitness levels. When men age they naturally lose muscle mass with the aging process and an inactive lifestyle. It is important to use a proper strenth training program that helps you gain muscle fast to replace the muscle you have lost as you age.

3) Healthy Diet: Nutrition is the essence of physical fitness. Gain muscle diet should include natural whole foods that are high in protein and low in fat. A healthy diet should include the three important macronutrients: proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Proteins are more important over carbohydrates and should never exclude in your diet.
