8 large, fresh egg whites<br />

2 small, raw onions, diced<br />
3 oz. ground, raw turkey<br />
1 1/2 cups canned kidney beans, drained<br />
1 c. chopped green bell pepper<br />
1 c. chopped red bell peppers<br />
1 c. raw mushrooms, slicedbefore<br />
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil<br />
1 dash ground black pepper<br />
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce.<br />
1 tsp. ground turmeric<br />
3 cloves raw garlic, minced<br />
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce</p>
<p>Saute’ turkey, vegetables and spices &#8211; except turmeric &#8211; in a non-stick neath.  Hold the pan<br />
skillet w/1 tsp olive oil until tender. In mixing bowl, whip the eggs, underneath the broiler<br />
egg whites and turmeric together. Pre-heat 2 tsp olive oil in a second for a few moments to<br />
skillet, then add 1/4 egg mixture and cook until omelet is formed.</p>
<p>Repeat to make 4 omelettes. Place 1 omelette on plate, top with 1/2 completely set the top.<br />
of the turkey mixture, then place 1 omelette on top to form a<br />
sandwich. Repeat to form 2nd sandwich. Serve hot.<br />

<p>How to Prepare:<br />
In a large skillet, pour  2 Tablespoons of olive oil and turn up to  medium heat. Saute about 1/3 of the onions. Add the shredded  chicken, chili powder,cumin and rotel.  Simmer for approximately  20 minutes, stirring occasionally.<br />
Meanwhile, shred lettuce and place in bowls. When Chicken mixture is done cooking, place chicken on top of the lettuce and cover with sour cream, cheese,  olives and onions.</p>
<p>Combine salsa ingredients in blender. Add to salad, use this for your dressing.</p>

3 green onions<br />
1 large or 2 small celery<br />
5 whole water chestnuts<br />
1 oz. whole raw almonds<br />

2 tbsp. rice vinegar<br />
2 tbsp. soy sauce<br />
5 &#8211; 6 drops sesame oil<br />
1/2 tsp. sugar</p>

<p><strong>Cooking Directions</strong><br />
Drain can tuna and flake into bowl.  Brown in a skillet, and toast almonds over low heat until lightly browned and fragrant. Finely chop green onions and celery and add to tuna.  Coarsely with some pre-cut -veg<br />
chop water chestnuts and almonds and add to mixture.  Drizzle tuna, whole grain -crisp<br />
